Cancellation & Refunds

1. Monthly management

Management fees are paid monthly in advance. After the 3-month minimum term you can cancel with 30 days’ notice by email; the agreement ends at the end of the notice period and no further fees are charged. Months already started are not refunded.

2. Before work starts

If you cancel before the setup call has taken place, we refund the first payment in full.

3. One-time services

Setup, ads audits and creative packs can be cancelled with a full refund until work has started. Once work has started, work completed to date is charged pro rata and the remainder is refunded; anything already delivered remains yours.

4. Ad spend

Ad spend is paid directly to the advertising platforms and is not refundable by us. Any refunds or credits for ad spend are governed by the platforms’ own terms.

5. How to request

Email info@ai-t.solutions with your invoice number. We confirm within two business days; approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
