Client Acceptance Policy

Which clients and products we work with, how we verify them and how payments are handled.

1. Purpose

AIT Solutions Limited Liability Company only works with legitimate businesses whose products and advertising comply with the law and with the policies of the advertising platforms. This policy explains how we decide which clients we accept.

2. Client verification

Before an engagement starts we confirm:

  • the client’s legal name, registration details and business address,
  • the identity and authority of the person signing the agreement,
  • the products or services to be advertised and the website or landing pages used.

We may ask for supporting documents and may decline or end an engagement if information is incomplete or inconsistent.

3. Industries we do not accept

  • Gambling, betting, lotteries and casinos
  • Adult content and sexual services
  • Weapons, ammunition and explosives
  • Cannabis, CBD, tobacco, vaping and recreational drugs
  • Financial trading, investment schemes, forex, binary options and crypto assets
  • Payday loans, debt relief and credit repair
  • Unlicensed medical, pharmaceutical or health claims
  • Multi-level marketing and “get rich quick” offers
  • Counterfeit goods and anything infringing third-party rights
  • Any product, service or claim prohibited by Meta, TikTok or Google advertising policies

4. Advertising standards

We do not create ads with false, misleading or unverifiable claims, fake reviews or testimonials, or content that discriminates or targets vulnerable groups. Every ad is approved by the client before publication.

5. Payments

  • We invoice only the contracted business, in US dollars.
  • Payments must come from an account held in the client’s own name. We do not accept third-party payments, cash or crypto assets.
  • We do not collect, hold or transfer advertising budgets. Ad spend is paid by the client directly to the platforms.

6. Ending an engagement

We may suspend or end an engagement immediately if a client breaches this policy, the platforms’ rules or the law.
